Jessica Ciacco, Director of Investigations, Intake

Jessica Ciacco is a Director of Investigations at COPA, overseeing the Intake section. Jessica previously served as a Supervising Investigator, managing a team of Investigators and Major Case Specialists investigating a variety of cases, including major incidents. Prior to joining COPA as an Investigator in 2017, Jessica practiced law in Missouri, defending clients with the Missouri State Public Defender and Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, Inc.  Jessica holds a Juris Doctor from St. Louis University School of Law with a certificate in Criminal Litigation, and bachelor’s degrees in international Relations and French Language and Literature from Michigan State University.
