Jessica Ciacco, Supervising Investigator

Jessica Ciacco is a Supervising Investigator at the Civilian Office of Police Accountability. Jessica oversees a team that investigates major incidents, such as officer involved shootings and deaths in custody.  Prior to joining COPA in 2017, Jessica practiced law in Missouri, defending clients with the Missouri State Public Defender and Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, Inc.  Jessica holds a Juris Doctor from St. Louis University School of Law with a certificate in Criminal Litigation, and bachelor’s degrees in international Relations and French Language and Literature from Michigan State University.
