The Civilian Office of Police Accountability (COPA) will participate in the Greater Southwest Chicago Community Resource Fair. This resource fair is an opportunity for the community to meet with city and state agencies and vendors providing onsite services and information on topics related to employment, healthcare, health and wellness along with youth and children services. This event will be held at Leo High School on August 14th from 11AM-2PM.

The Civilian Office of Police Accountability (COPA) will participate in the Chicago Department of Family & Support Service Resource Fair at the King Community Service Center. There will be over 40 organizations represented available to provide resources to the public.

COPA investigators will be on site to receive complaints and compliments of Chicago Police Officers. Also, the staff will address questions and provide an overview of the agency.
Public Meetings of the Police Board
Public Meetings of the Police Board
The Police Board holds a regular public meeting once a month. Members of the public are invited to attend and are welcome to address questions or comments to the Board. The Superintendent of Police (or his designee) and the Chief Administrator of the Civilian Office of Police Accountability (or her designee) will be at the meetings. Prior sign-up is required of those wishing to address the Board.
The meetings are scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. and take place at the Chicago Public Safety Headquarters.
