Pride Day Festival Hosted by Chicago Center for Arts and Technology (CHICAT)

COPA plans to attend a Pride Day Festival hosted by Chicago Center for Arts and Technology (CHICAT) to help residents learn more about the agency role in police accountability. This free family friendly day of fun will be filled with helpful resources, engaging activities, games, and an art exhibition geared towards promoting respect, understanding, diversity, and LGBTQ+ rights through positive discussion.

LUCHA & PLAYSTREETS Block Party

COPA will be present at the LUCHA & PLAYSTREETS Block Party to share with members of the community the role the agency plays in police oversight. This free event open to the public will offer community resources, music, games, food and more.

Leaders Network Community Meeting

COPA will attend this meeting comprised of faith and community leaders that work together to organize, strategize, and mobilize to improve the quality of life for the west side communities.

Little Village My Chi My Future (MCMF) Summer Kickback Series

COPA will participate in this My Chi. My Future. (MCMF) Summer Kickback community event series. This free teen friendly initiative is a part of the City of Chicago’s MCMF effort to connect Chicago’s youth with safe and engaging spaces.

Community Block Party with Back of the Yards Neighborhood Council

COPA plans to join the Back of the Yards Neighborhood Council along with other community organizations to participate in a block party being held on 46th & Honore. This free event open to the public will offer community resources, music, games, food and more.
