COPA will attend Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church HBCU Day. The agency will be talking to youth and parents to help them understand the role of COPA, the importance of police oversight, discuss ways youth can improve positive interactions with law enforcement and explain career paths.

COPA Community Hours – Near North

COPA investigators will be on site to receive complaints and compliments of Chicago Police Officers. Also, the staff will address questions and provide an overview of the agency.

COPA and the City Clerk Mobile City Hall Community Initiative

DePaul Student Center 2250 N. Sheffield Avenue, Chicago, IL

COPA joins Anna Valencia City Clerk Office along with various city departments, sister agencies, aldermanic offices and community organizations for the launch of the new Mobile City Hall. Mobile City Hall will be hosted regionally at various convenient locations throughout Chicago to allow residents access to several city and community services. Residents will also have an opportunity to ask questions and gain a better understanding of the services of City Hall. COPA will share with residents the agency outreach efforts and the role we play in police accountability. Staff will also be available to receive complaints and compliments on members of the Chicago Police Department.
