Youth Empowerment Summit
Salvation Army's Harbor Light Center 825 North Christiana, Chicago, IL, United StatesThe Humboldt Park Youth and Safety Committee, of which Bickerdike Redevelopment Corporation is a member, is excited to announce that we and several of our long-time community partners will host a Youth Empowerment Summit . The Youth Empowerment Summit will be an opportunity for community partners to host an event for youth between the ages of 14 – 24 who may not have access to resources and/or positive relationships. The goal for the event is to provide several workshops throughout the day to educate youth on resources available to them such as housing, education, employment opportunities, as well as expungement information.
