COPA plans to attend this meeting comprised of faith and community leaders that work together to organize, strategize and mobilize to improve the quality of life for the west side communities.

COPA will participate in this resource fair to engage seniors in our city and help them learn more about our agency mission as well as explain to them the importance of police oversight.

COPA attended the Community Commission for Public Safety & Accountability (CCPSA) CPD Superintendent Search Forum, which was held at Kehrein Center for the Arts. This was the first of four community forums held as part of the search for Chicago’s next police superintendent. Attendees at the meeting were able to share their views on the qualifications and experience they want to see in Chicago’s next superintendent.
