COPA plans to participate in the Upside Down Halloween Parade taking place on Saturday, October 28^th from NOON-2PM at Washington Park (5531 S. Russell Drive).  This event is presented by LUMA8 and the City of Chicago. Event presenters include the Chicago Park District, My Chi. My Future. and the Washington Park Chamber of Commerce. This community event will include community resources, free goody bags, costume giveaways, dance companies, acrobats, musicians, and more.
