COPA in partnership with Mikva Challenge will be participating in this Safety & Justice Council Youth Leadership Cafe taking place on Saturday, April 20th from 10AM-2PM at BUILD, Inc. (5100 W. Harrison Street, Chicago, IL 60644).  In an era where community safety and police accountability are at the forefront of public discourse, this workshop provides a unique platform for dialogue, understanding, and collaboration. Led by passionate youth facilitators, the event aims to bridge the gap between law enforcement and the community while empowering the younger generation to actively participate in shaping the future of public safety. Key topics at this workshop: policing and accountability; violence intervention; healing centered practices; and more. Lunch will be served and this event is free and open to the public.
