COPA plans to attend the 8th Annual TIP (Teens in the Park) Fest at Union Park (1501 W. Randolph Street), which will be held during the hours of 1-5PM. This event will be filled with music, dance, poetry, DJs, food, and more. There will also be a free youth showcase featuring performances from Chicago’s top 12 artists ages 14-24.
