Pursuant to a court order entered on August 16, 2021, in the case of People v. Eric Morgan, No. 21110230901, the Civilian Office of Police Accountability is currently prohibited from releasing materials relative to this incident. An additional order entered on August 3, 2023, in the case of People v. Eric Morgan, No. 21CR-1153001 prevents the posting of COPA’s Final Summary Report or any other report detailing this incident during the pendency of the criminal matter.
