The Independent Police Review Authority closed the investigation into this officer-involved shooting on January 30, 2015, and posted the Final Summary Report to the website on July 18, 2016. The Civilian Office of Police Accountability reopened the investigation on December 18, 2017. The case was reclosed on February 13, 2019, and the Supplemental Summary Report was posted on March 12, 2019. Both reports are included below.
