This post was updated January 25, 2023, to include the Final Summary Report. This post was updated again on April 10, 2023, to include the Final Summary Report for Log #1083269, which addressed allegations regarding the firearm discharge. That investigation closed on February 27, 2019, and the report was posted to COPA’s website on August 29, 2019.
