This post was update on August 15, 2024, to include the Final Summary Report. A previous court order entered on September 22, 2023, in the case of People v. Marco Simonetti, No. 22 CR 1287801, is no longer in place. That order is included below.

City of Chicago (17-cv-6260, paragraph 499, viewable here).
