Detention Aid Brooks ended his employment with CPD prior to CPD responding to this Report. CPD did not issue a concurring letter but imposed 5 day suspension for Sgt. Thomas Derouin and 2 day suspensions for POs Daniel Pruszewski, David Plebanski, and Juan Zuniga.
