Release of materials by the Civilian Office of Police Accountability relative to this incident was previously prohibited pursuant to a court order entered on August 2, 2017 in the case of People v. Vincent Pao Pao, No. 17 CR 10011, which is no longer in effect due to the conclusion of the criminal matter.
