During COPA’s visit we plan to also provide the public with an overview of our agency\, explain the importance of police oversight\, and answer any questions that residents may have about our agency.  COPA will be present at Sulzer Regional Chicago Public Library (4455 N. Lincoln Avenue) on Monday\, November 13th from 1-4PM.
