Data and charts are updated monthly. Designation and location of a complaint as “protest” related is based upon contextual information provided by the complainant. The number of complaints may exceed the number of incidents of misconduct as some incidents may be the subject of a complaint by more than one party. Numbers are adjusted as COPA identifies duplicate complaints resulting from a single incident.
